Biography
Dr. Paulus S. Wang was a professor of the Department of Physiology, National Yang-Ming University (NYMU). Now he is a Chair-Professor and also the Director in the Medical Center of Aging Research, China Medical University Hospital (CMUH). During his academic life in NYMU and CMUH. Dr. Wang creates the concept that the lactate caused by exercise stimulates the productions of progesterone in females and testosterone in males and that both digitalis and bufalin inhibit the proliferation of different human prostate cancer cells. He established the Master and Ph. D. programs for the Institute of Physiology in NYMU. He is the Founder of both the Society of Adaptive Science in Taiwan (SAST) and the Taiwan Society of Endocrinology and Metabolism (TSEM).
